Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Not A Phase Cafe, we want every guest to have a positive experience. This policy explains how we handle refunds and cancellations for purchases made at our cafe or through notaphasecafe.com.


1. In-Cafe Purchases

  • All food and beverage purchases made in person are considered final.

  • If your order was not prepared correctly or you are unsatisfied, please speak with a team member immediately so we can make it right.


2. Online Orders

  • Cancellations: Orders placed online may be canceled within 15 minutes of placing the order by contacting us directly.

  • Refunds: Refunds may be issued if:

    • The order was prepared incorrectly.

    • Items were unavailable, and a suitable replacement could not be provided.

    • A technical issue (e.g., duplicate payment) occurred during checkout.

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.


3. Catering & Special Orders

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a partial refund or store credit, at our discretion.

  • Deposits for large events may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your catering agreement.
