Refund & Cancellation Policy<\/h1>

At Not A Phase Cafe<\/strong>, we want every guest to have a positive experience. This policy explains how we handle refunds and cancellations for purchases made at our cafe or through notaphasecafe.com<\/strong>.<\/p>

1. In-Cafe Purchases<\/h2>

  • All food and beverage purchases made in person are considered final.<\/p><\/li>

  • If your order was not prepared correctly or you are unsatisfied, please speak with a team member immediately so we can make it right.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    2. Online Orders<\/h2>

    • Cancellations<\/strong>: Orders placed online may be canceled within 15 minutes<\/strong> of placing the order by contacting us directly.<\/p><\/li>

    • Refunds<\/strong>: Refunds may be issued if:<\/p>

      • The order was prepared incorrectly.<\/p><\/li>

      • Items were unavailable, and a suitable replacement could not be provided.<\/p><\/li>

      • A technical issue (e.g., duplicate payment) occurred during checkout.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

        Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5\u201310 business days<\/strong>, depending on your bank or card provider.<\/p>

        3. Catering & Special Orders<\/h2>

        • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance<\/strong> for a full refund.<\/p><\/li>

        • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a partial refund or store credit, at our discretion.<\/p><\/li>

        • Deposits for large events may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your catering agreement.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
